Does anyone ask clients to sign payment T&Cs when registering with the practice or when you agree to do pay vet direct insurance claims? I have a practice who would appreciate some guidance with this. Many thanks Sarah

The VRM team had training on the HPM diet range last week. Very informative and spoke a lot of sense, I’m looking for my nearest practice to buy Obi a bag when his current food runs out. We changed the whole practice over a year or so ago – haven’t looked back. Definitely the best vet diets I’ve used, especially the px stuff. Presume that I just need to tell the rep that we’re Vetsure?

Hi Michaela, thanks for your post. Interesting to read your reply too Terry, thanks ever so much. We’ve had really positive feedback about a debt collection service from another Vetsure member and I’m currently in the process of seeing if they can put a package together for our members. Fantastic video Simon, thanks for posting. Really impressed by all of the videos you’ve posted on your Facebook page about the services you provide your patients and clients, if I lived in Truro I’d definitely be registering Obi with you! Gives your clients such a good insight to how their pet is cared for when they’re with you.
They are not exactly our standard t&c’s , but we get clients to sign a declaration that (amongst other things) they understand that they are liable for the outstanding fees if the ins co won’t pay them and that we are charging them £25 admin fee.
