I am interested in adopting the vetstoria online appointment system in our animana PMS. Their reviews appear to say that its a good system. We are being quoted certain prices for this service and i wonder if anyone can comment on them as they appear quite costly , when the benefit to the practice in financial terms is uncertain:
set up fee £200 one off
branch licence £30 /month [ we have four]
vet licence £30 /month [ we have 6 ]
so a total cost of £300/month , or £3600 a year
i would have rather had a fee based on a bigger one off set up fee and then based on our usage of the system so that the fee grew if our usage grew.
has anyone got any experiences to share please?
