    Does anyone ask clients to sign payment T&Cs when registering with the practice or when you agree to do pay vet direct insurance claims? I have a practice who would appreciate some guidance with this. Many thanks Sarah

    • They are not exactly our standard t&c’s , but we get clients to sign a declaration that (amongst other things) they understand that they are liable for the outstanding fees if the ins co won’t pay them and that we are charging them £25 admin fee.
