We’re a mobile practice in Witney, Oxfordshire. We’ve had a few similar calls but nothing out of the ordinary – we would see this amount of calls for prices etc in a normal practice in the area. I think a lot of people want to know if we’re going to be cheaper or more expensive than their own vets.

Reducing our environmental impact following the COP 26 summit. We’ve received several emails from members over the last few weeks for information about creating more environmentally friendly and ‘greener’/more sustainable practices. Hi Sarah, we’ve changed all our kennel beds to Tuffies mattresses instead of vet beds. Not only are they more comfortable for the patients, but it has also vastly reduced our washing and tumble drying – saved on time for the team too so win win! Would love to hear what others are doing.

hi Sarah. one of my nurses has done a lot of research on this for me and we have changed quite a lot of things happy to pass the info from example biodegradable bags, biodegradable gloves…

We know that many corporates have closed sites over the last 18 months. But does anybody have any experience of what is happening to these sites? Are they leased to new vet practices? Are they leased to other businesses? Any insights appreciated.
Latest I heard the one I know of has just been abandoned
