post think tank and looking at ways we could have better systems using better tech and AI ……. my pms provider idexx animana dont seem very responsive to using these developments.
so, i have three questions :
1. it is being rumoured that idexx are stopping development of animana and not selling any new systems , preferring to concentrate on ezyvet , which they also own. can anyone add anything to this rumour ?
2. who likes their own system and why? my preference is for a system that prioritises client related features promoting good communications in both directions, and promoting efficient work flow , especially using digital systems to integrate information entry . because of poor responses to requests, i am thinking i need to plan a change of pms soon.
3. can you offer any advice , or even which systems to avoid!!
