We use Merlin ( Vetspace). Was a nightmare initially and would crash for several hours but over the last 12 months has been very reliable.
I have invested in satellite internet as a back up in case our BT internet crashes.
Would recommend Merlin now.

We’ve always found them to be very ineffective and the people they chase generally are wise to all their tactics.
Likewise using the small claims court. We’ve won both our claims and never had a penny !!!

Ive spoken to SPVS who have a points system to calculate salary …eg

weekday morning=5 points
weekday afternoon=5 points
