Would appreciate any suggestions any one has on how to calculate a salary package for a post maternity leave return to work situation.

One of my vets is coming back 3 days a week and says she is unable to do OOH.

Ive spoken to SPVS who have a points system to calculate salary …eg

weekday morning=5 points
weekday afternoon=5 points
weekday night duty=5 points
saturday morning =7 points
Saturday pm/night=7 points
Sunday am/pm=10 points

the salary is then calculated on the number of points they work compared to their previous full time package
