    • I designed my own, then got the builder (who had built a vets before) to check over re building regs. Made a few tweeks, hey presto. Works a treat. I got an architect in at first to give me an estimate, but it was twice as much as designing and organising myself alongside the builders. M and M construction, Tamworth.
