The BVA are currently looking into the practicalities of furloughing staff ‘in’ and ‘out’. We are also investigating with employment specialists. I’ve just seen a Facebook post from the practice I have my dog registered with. They are fortunate to have a relatively large car park with additional on road parking outside so have built a wooden gazebo in the car park for routine / straightforward dog consults. Who routinely does follow up phone calls post op to clients to check how the patient is? Interesting post on FB from my dog walker – this one simple gesture from the practice led to her writing a glowing report about them.
