									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My understanding that beyond the L2 one has never been identified in the UK, and one a few isolated clusters &#8211; which does not make this a core vaccine.<br />
Set against quite common local injection site reactions and the fatality of an otherwise very healthy 7year Bolognese  (in spite of treatment) I have had a discussion with my vets and are defaulting to L2.</p>

We are experiencing fairly frequent L4 local reactions and one recent SAR fatal IMHA even though it was treated promptly and appropriately, we are minded as a Practice to recommend clients go for L2. </p>
