Hi everyone, I had a very interesting conversation with a practice yesterday. They have had to close their books for new clients as they’re overwhelmed with work (They are an amazing practice with consistent 5* reviews!) Another Vets in the same town was taken over by CVS & this resulted in new registrations being approximately 150 per week. The power of Independents over Corporate’s! Really hoping to bring them on board with us.
Out of interest, apart from being amazing, did the practice push on social media etc that they were independent or up their advertising after CVS Buyout to get disenfranchised clients to move?
Hi Ben, they have a very good presence on social media & have also only been opened for just over 2 years. They’ve built a very solid reputation so far.
