Further to the latest government advice on COVID-19 (issued after our mailing on Monday) we felt it appropriate to send a further update on Vetsure’s response.
Our priority has always been to keep our team safe and well, while ensuring that we have the proper systems in place to keep our customers and the animals under their care, looked after. In line with current government advice, all our staff are now working from home.
As a result we would ask all vet teams to consider the following with regards to our pet insurance services:
> When you (or your clients) contact us by telephone, you will be talking to somebody in their home environment fully dependent on their home broadband – please bear with us if this causes challenges from time to time. We have tested our systems today and we are fully operational, but we clearly cannot guarantee this at all times with so many factors outside of our control.
> If a query can be handled digitally, please email us with your request at: info@vetsure.com. We can also arrange a call-back if necessary.
> If helping a client to submit a claim, please use our digital claim platform or scan in the claim and submit to us (with relevant clinical history) to: claims@vetsure.com. If claims are sent by post there may be some delay in claims processing times. If you want to learn how to use our digital claims platform contact your Veterinary Relationship Manager or email us at info@vetsure.com and we’ll arrange a callback.
> All of our usual insurance sales promotions are completely operational so you can continue to promote our 5 weeks free, submit leads and hand out leaflets as normal.
Please note that all of our Veterinary relationship Managers have been asked to work from home and offer any meetings by video conference at this time.
