Who has checked out our training platform recently? Did you know we have Management Support CPD training videos as well as Clinical videos provided by our Buying Group suppliers…. just go to the main menu and select ‘Training’…. can’t remember your password? I had a great time at SPVS/VMG congress this weekend. Was inspiring to talk to so many vets either successfully buying into practices or starting afresh. Including vets who had been previously promised partnerships but blown out when corporate offers emerge. Out of great setbacks come fresh opportunities!

Possible break through in Alabama Rot research/treatment – please do have a read especially if any cases present at your practice in the next few months. Dr Fiona MacDonald is looking for swabs of suspected Alabama Rot ulcers BEFORE they are cleaned as well as blood samples from dogs who have recovered from the illness.…[Read more]

Hi All, just a little bit of information re; e-claims, in case anyone is in doubt of how quickly we process. A claim was submitted by Wigmore Vets this morning @ 9.03am, signed by the PH @ 9.05am & paid by 9.15am. I mean I’m not one to brag…………….but that is fast!!
They jolly well are!

NOTE: as of 31st December 2017 our previous claims provider will no longer accept Vetsure forms – so please ensure any old claim forms are removed from circulation and replaced with the correct form.
You can find the the correct claim form on vetsure.com OR EVEN BETTER start using E-Claims NOW and you can’t go wrong!
As a side note, have you met your dedicated claims assessor yet? We’ve allocated you a key contact here at Vetsure to make life just that little bit easier! Please get in touch with us if you don’t know who looks after claims for your practice!

CLAIMS: To avoid delays over the Christmas period, please can we ask that claim forms be emailed to us (instead of posted) to claims@vetsure.com OR why not start using e-claims TODAY!?

BUYING GROUP NOTICE: We have been advised by Norbrook that they are foreseeing some possible shortages of stock of Loxicom Oral Supension (cat and dog) in the coming few weeks. To avoid any possible short-term problems they are recommending that all Vetsure buying group members (and especially Platinum practices) order 4 weeks worth of stock now.
We also are planning to speak at a student lecture at Liverpool university about our Graduate Friendly Practices at the back end of this year, so we are definitely getting the word out! 😀
