									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We ask them to pay the first month there and then and if they need first and second vacc we charge a one off uplift fee for giving two vaccinations rather than one. We originally had separate plans for puppy’s and kittens but it got too confusing to switch them after a year so we simplified them to one plan for all and this uplift fee. </p>

Our existing staff are also becoming frustrated with this as well.
