We currently operate our own OOH emergency service, but find it increasingly difficult to get vets and nurses that are willing to take on roles because they don’t want to do OOH. Our existing staff are also becoming frustrated with this as well. So we are looking at maybe introducing an OOH bonus for vets and nurses on duty and wanted to see if anyone else had done this and if so how did it go down with staff and what did you provide?
