With mental health and well-being rightly in sharp focus within the industry, teams must focus on developing their knowledge and awareness to support those experiencing poor mental health.

If you are interested in becoming a mental health first aider, the RVCS Mind Matters Initiative is partnering with Mental Health First Aid England to run a two-day online course that is open to all veterinary professionals.
