How has the first week been under the new regulations regarding cats and ID chipping?
Its been interesting to see how members have been managing this change- ID chipping open clinics with nurses, dedicated days to encourage owners to drop in & promotion via social media channels .
Its a great opportunity to re-engage with some of these owners that may not be an active client especially on preventative care & Insurance.
