Just thought I would share this with you.

I have a practice in Worcestershire (where there is no loo roll at all!!) that have seen an increase in the number of clients wanting to cancel appointments, so they have started offering a car consultation service. They will see the dog in the boot, take the cat into the surgery while the client stays in the car and then bring all medication out to the client still in the car to reduce contact. The reception then call the client while in the car and take payment over the phone.
