We just wanted to update you on Vetsure’s response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Our priority has always been to keep our team and customers safe and well. To enable this, we have ensured that we have the proper systems in place for our team to work from home where necessary and to keep business running as usual. In this way we can continue to support practices within the Vetsure network to our usual high standard.
Here’s a quick rundown of the measures we have put in place:
> In line with current government advice, we’re advising all our staff to self-isolate where required and work from home if they are well enough to do so.
> Our office has increased deployment of hand sanitisers and we’re advising staff to wash hands regularly and thoroughly, again in line with government guidelines.
> At present, our Vetsure Veterinary Relationship Managers are still attending appointments as usual but are calling ahead to make sure that you’re still happy to see them.
> Should a practice wish to continue with their scheduled meeting with us, but through a webinar – we are fully set up to facilitate a Skype conference.
> We continue to be able to set up and service Vetsure Pet Health Plans and Pet Insurance policies including activation of 5 weeks free.
> We will continue to report and pay Buysure buying group rebates as per our usual timelines.
> We continue to settle claims within our usual exceptional time frames. We ask that if you can complete digital claims, then these would be advisable in the event that we have to shut our offices entirely and are not able to receive postal claims.
