Due to positive feedback from practices throughout Pain Awareness Month, Zoetis has made the decision to extend the New Patient Trial Offer by one month. This means that the offer will now end on October 31st 2024.

You can continue to use the existing claim forms, and you will need to submit any claims within one calendar month of injection to receive the FOC product.
